A/C, Heat
The air conditioning and heat have been off for about 8 weeks. I was able to have it repaired today. I rounded up the cats and put them in a bedroom, so they would be out of the way when the repairman came. Guess which room he had to work in? Duh on me. It is such a blessing to have a comfortable home. Thank you, Lord.
Storm coming
I am going to turn off the lights and watch the lightening.
Rainy Day in Texas
It is a rainy, stormy evening in East Texas. I have been praying for the people in Moore, Oklahoma. I like rainy days as long as there are no tornadoes.

1: What is your favorite book of the Bible and why?
Probably James or Ephesians because they're both smaller books jammed packed with truth and encouragement.
2: Tell of a past event that has influenced your faith the most.
My friend James David Eunice passed away two years ago when he drowned while duck hunting... He was a radical follower of Christ and everyone who knew him had a deep and profound love for him, when he passed our community and cross town rivalries came together. He taught us that tomorrow is never promised and to tell people about Jesus while we can because the clock is ticking and tomorrow is never promised.
3: Who is your Christian role-model?
The college student who disciples me, Becca Bean, the other college student who used to disciple me Jennilee Phillips, and James Eunice.
4: Who is your favorite Bible character?
Paul. His transformation is awe inspiring.

Mordecai
6: If you were to participate in short-term mission trip, where would you like to go?
I already have participated in one and going back in April to the Dominican Republic, but if I could go to any other Ghana, Africa.

8: Would you rather be shot for your faith (and die) or be tortured and live to tell of the experience?
Oh yikes... in all honesty it's very cowardly but I'd rather be shot and die. Less pain and I get to go straight to Jesus, but I'd like to think that whatever hand I'm dealt God will get me through it.

Christ Alone, Come Though Fount, and Hallelujah What a Savior.

I like to read it somewhere in the middle. I read a verse in the morning and then do my daily devo sometime midday.

Gosh where can I even begin. He has just lavished so much love on me lately, but probably providing me with a Godly roommate that is just like me for college!

I have, it's not always successful, bu tI'll continue to try until the day I die.

DEfinitely Patience, and finding joy in every circumstance.

The whole book of matthew, and the book of James. Just both of those in general. Especially 2 Corinthians 5.

Matthew 5 & 6. Galatians 5. 1 Timothy 6.

Honestly I don't really pay attention to which one I say, maybe transgressions.

Whenever I get to pray with the little ones in Children's Church. Childlike faith is beautiful.

No one in particular. I only follow encouraging Christian tumblr accounts, so really all of them!

My salvation wasn't just a moment/day. It was an entire summer. and that was Summer of 2010.
